What I Do
Wayne Hawthorne, born and raised in Southern Alberta,  is President of Rainy Day Digital in Lethbridge, Alberta.  Clients in Southern Alberta work with us to create advertising strategy through websites and print media. I offer private computer tutoring as well as Adult Education Courses teaching Website design, Basic operating systems,:Windows 95/98, ME, 2000 NT and XP. I taught computer courses at the Chinook Educational Consortium, and presently train high speed internet connectivity and basic troubleshooting at a large global company.

As sole proprietor of Rainy Day Digital, I work with you, reaching your customers through effective communication strategies. I use traditional print, websites, graphics and digital graphics to convey your message.

I have been self-employed in construction, agriculture, and education. When the scales of economy in agriculture dictated "Get Bigger, or Get Out", I sold the farm to pursue my evolving interest in communication through computer technology.

My interest in multimedia centers on writing, research, instructing and management. I enjoy image and text editing for integration into websites, documents, graphic presentations and animations. I relish working with clients, learning their interests, organizing their message, creating their presentations, and completing the job to their satisfaction.

Our Future
Our digitally recorded world has changed the way we preserve and present information. Electronic software tools allow us to create consistent communications for delivery through all forms of media. I enjoy my role in this ever-evolving industry where we contribute skills globally.
